GUIDED FARM TOUR & OPPORTUNITY TO WORK THE LAND
Join Tierra Jiasú's resident botanist Andrés on a fascinating tour through the estate's beautiful permaculture gardens, learn about the biodynamic practices that support and promote the natural balance and abundance of the land, while helping him harvest fresh, organic produce straight from the vine.
DAILY YOGA AND MOVEMENT PRACTICE
We will start each day with a guided movement practice. As a certified yoga instructor, Chelsea will lead us in all-levels yoga classes, offering variations and adjustments so you can make the most of your practice, whether you're a seasoned yogi or it's your first time on the mat.
DAILY MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
Our movement practice will be complemented by daily meditation and/or mindfulness sessions. These sessions are designed to let go of the past and future, bringing us into the joy of the present moment.
EQUINE THERAPY SESSION
Meet Tierra Jiasú's very own horse-whisperer, Carlos Mancera, and his herd, as we dive into holistic horsemanship. We'll learn about the deep, intuitive connection between horse and human, emphasizing mutual respect and trust. This practice promotes mental and emotional well-being through mindful interaction with these sensitive, intelligent animals.
FOREST "BATHING" MEDITATION
Rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit in this peaceful, transformative experience, as we embark on a walking meditation through the estate’s private forests. Reconnect with the earth, your body, and your roots, engaging all your senses as you breathe in the fresh forest air and allow yourself to become one with nature.
HEALTHY, ORGANIC, FARM-TO-TABLE MEALS
At Tierra Jiasú, the gastronomic experience is a celebration of the connection with the earth and the seasons. Enjoy three delicious vegetarian meals per day, created with love by Tierra Jiasú's talented team of chefs using fresh, organic ingredients directly from the garden. All meals are included, as are unlimited herbal tea, coffee, and water.
